DAY 1

GORILLAS HERE WE COME

After breakfast, you will be picked up and taken to the airport for your flight to Bwindi impenetrable national park. You will be welcomed by your guide and head to your lodge. In the afternoon you can choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community which will welcome you to their community and their daily lives. You will dance with them and learn more about their culture which will leave you amazed. In the late afternoon, you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2

MEET THE GORILLAS

After an early breakfast, you will head to the headquarters for a safety briefing and the do's and dont's during your trekking. Your gorilla trekking will start immediately after the briefing. This is a memorable and amazing experience watching the mountain gorillas feed, play around and also do their day to day activities. The trekking can take 2 - 8 hours since it's location-dependent and movement of the gorillas. Once you meet the gorillas you will spend an hour with the gorilla family to take all the pictures you want and afterwards, head back to the headquarters to pick up your certificate and head back to your lodge.

DAY 3

ENROUTE TO TANZANIA

After breakfast, you will depart to the airstrip for your departure flight to Entebbe from which you will connect your international flight to Tanzania. Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will be met by our representative and be taken to your hotel for a relaxed evening.

DAY 4

ELEPHANT AND BAOBAB HAVEN IN TARANGIRE NP

The journey to Tarangire national park will depart in the morning. Upon arrival in the park, you will start looking for your first animals, it probably won't take you long before you spot the first wildlife. After a short game drive, you will head to the picnic area for a warm lunch while enjoying the view of the Tarangire River. After lunch, you will proceed with your game drive and you will be able to tick off more animals of your list. A day in elephant paradise is coming to an end and you are heading to your accommodation for overnight and dinner.

DAY 5

ENROUTE TO SERENGETI

After breakfast, you will depart to one of the most famous wildlife areas in the world, Serengeti national park. The big cats are concentrated mostly near the central area and encountering these great cats is a real thrill. After an afternoon game drive and our signature lunch inside the park boundaries, you will head back to your accommodation where you can hear the sounds of the animals from your room.

DAY 6 & 7

CHASING THE GREAT MIGRATION

Today you will explore the plains of the Serengeti and chase the great migration. Whether you would like to go for early morning and afternoon safari or a full day spend on the savannah, you will hopefully be able to spot the great migration.

DAY 8

SERENGETI; THE GREAT SAVANNAH PLAINS

Today you will explore the plains of the Serengeti and head back to central Serengeti. You will enjoy the beautiful landscapes while heading towards the central area of Serengeti.

DAY 9

A MORNING IN SERENGETI

An early morning rise in Serengeti is one of those things you will probably never forget and totally worth it. Animals are just waking up and you might spot some amazing wildlife and the light is just perfect for that perfect shot. In the afternoon you will head to Ngorongoro crater for your overnight stay.

DAY 10

NGORONGORO CRATER - AFRICA'S GARDEN OF EDEN

Early in the morning, you will descend down the crater for a wonderful safari experience. Different wildlife will be awaiting you in the different landscapes in the crater. A warm lunch in a memorable setting and enjoying the view. The crater is home to many animals, such as antelope, hyenas, hippos, lions, flamingoes and more. A real bucket list destination. In the afternoon you will head back to Arusha or the airport for your departure flight.
